*To qualify for the $ Account Credit, you must successfully complete three consecutive autopayments, and have not received an Account Credit for Autopay enrollment within the last 6 months. The Account Credit will be applied to your unpaid loan balance.

**You authorize Personify to automatically deduct the full payment amount as scheduled to repay your loan. This authorization will remain in effect unless you withdraw your authorization, or your loan is paid in full. This authorization is an amendment to your loan contract. You may withdraw your authorization at any time; if authorization is revoked, preauthorized ACH payments will stop until you provide authorization again.

A confirmation of this authorization will be sent to you. To cancel or modify this payment plan, please contact us at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled payment date.

If any Payment Due Date is not a business day, the debit authorization by this ACH Authorization will occur on the business day immediately preceding your Payment Due Date. You understand that because this is an electronic transaction, these funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the preceding business day of your installment.
